Returning/Exchange policy between BestBuy VS. Circuit City?

Anybody? I wonder which company will be more lenient about exchanging/returning of defective (screen problems, noise, dead pixels... etc etc) iPod touch??

Both of them have a 30 day return/exchange period, so they are both basically pretty lenient. No restocking fee either on both stores.

The camera I bought at Circuit City there was a 15% restocking fee sticker if opened. No sure if it's for all items.
