I love the cover flow, However, I may have discovered a bug.
After playing with cover flow for about a minute (just scrolling the cover around) I see that the covers go “low res”.. that is, fuzzy and blocky.. like it was running out of memory or something.
This happens more often when a song is playing, but can happen even when the ipod is freshly turned on.
It goes back to normal after rotating the Touch upright and then sideways again...
It's very annoying.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I have only about 100 albums in my collection, but the album artwork is high resolution (500x500) jpegs I pulled off of Amazon. Would that have anything to do with this?

Is it true you only need to have one song per album with the artwork in order for it to pull it? If so i'm going to remove it from the rest of the songs as I think that'd lighten the load a bit.

I don't think that'll help, since I think it only loads one artwork per album anyways.
I'm in the process of replacing my artwork with the ones from the Apple Store, so we'll see how that works out.

Another tip is if you have some artists that have multiple songs that have no album name(therefore no art) you can lighten the amount of empty album art covers you have by selecting all the songs and name the album "unknown".
So if you had 10 songs by Bob Dylan with no name in the album, normally you'd get 10 empty covers in a row in coverflow, but if they are all named the same there will only be one empty cover in coverflow.

Yeah i did the same thing when i was adding album covers to my iTunes, except i just put greatest hits for mine instead of putting unknown
