title says it all. Just got the touch today lol. In fact I'm typing this post with it. Anyways is there a pic that I can upload to check if i have the problem? Thanks in advance. Btw bought the 8 gig version from best buy.

play movies that are dark. do they look alright? if so, you're fine.

just got my iPod touch opened today....and I'm typing with it too :)
Well, unfortunately, I have the screen problem too. Movies with lots of black are unwatchable. The blacks look white-ish green to me, making dark scenes really hard to see. Its like looking at an LCD screen from the wrong angle but you're looking at the ipod straight on.
Still, im gonna give the iPod a breaking in period before I decide to return it. Maybe thats all it needs.
