Went to Best Buy and got one of the Test Models..

I already pre-ordered one from Apple but since I can't cancel it, I am just going to send it back when I get it. I went to my local Best Buy and they had them in stock, so I got a 16GB Touch. Got home, opened it, and of course I had to get a test model. Brought it back, they couldn't believe what they were seeing. About 6 employees came over to look at it. They gave me a new one right away of course, and it was the last one in stock too! Said they might throw away the test model since it's no good, which kind of confused me since that is stupid but whatever they want I guess. Just thought I would share. You don't think those will be a good seller on eBay do you? It seemed pretty useless to me.

Shouldve sold it on ebay, and shouldve taken a pic of it for evidence for us to see to make sure you arn't joking.

I was going to but I really didn't see the point since there are already pictures of it on the internet, my bad. I saw other people post on Gizmodo they had one though, so I didn't think it was that rare. Is there anything you could've really done with it?

How was your replacement unit? Did it look significantly better? Do you still get the effect?

Well, It actually had the right UI on it, accept the video is TERRIBLE. I am returning it tomorrow. Sucks that it was the last one they had in stock. Guess I will just wait for my pre-order to come. The video comes out in a redish green contrasty way.. thats the best I can explain it. :confused:
