Bought Touch last night, haven't opened yet-can I return to different Apple Store?

I made an hour and a half drive last night to the only Apple store in my area that had Touches in stock. I bought a 16GB before I had seen or read anything about the video problems. Now, I'm concerned, and I think I want to return it and either wait and see what happens, or pick one up at like Best Buy. My question is, can I return it (unopened) to a different Apple store? The closest one to me is 45 minutes, and I'd much rather go to that one than the further one. Sorry if this info is somewhere, I looked on this site and Apple's and didn't see anything.

Well, I'm guessing you're gonna have to take it back to the Apple store you got it from. The touch seems to be counted for per store and well, yeah.

I asked about returning faulty cases awhile back, and they said I could return it to a different Apple store within 14 days. I can't see why it'd be different for iPodT, though you never know. I'd call.
