Issues with new 3G Nano

Okay I have bought a new 3G 8G Nano and so far I like -- however two issues/questions

1. Date and Time -- I live in London -- which according to the Nano is GMT+1 - which it isnt. It should be GMT. This doesnt matter too much except it then throws all the other international clocks out. Is this a mistake?

2. Nike+ - i love this product. Plugging it into new Nano, great new menus and look and feel. However when chosing a playlist I now only get a top level choice of playlists (all mine are grouped in a category cunningly called Nano!) rather than the choice of sub level playlists I had previously on my old Nano. Is this an omission by Apple?

Any help with above gratefully appreciated.

i might be confused because this topic pickles my brain but i think between about march and october we are at GMT+1 due to the clocks moving.

So GMT is actually only for the winter months...however we look at the phrase GMT as whatever time it currently is in greenwich although we are wrong.

you are right about summer months -- but as nano has another option for Daylight saving this doesnt apply in this instance.

Although i live in london, i am currently in tokyo and so on the international clocks it shows the wrong tokyo time!

On this subject, is there a way to get the Nano to display the date the correct way round? (ie dd/mm/yyyy) - it seems stuck as mm/dd/yyyy even after ensuring it had the correct location/time zone for me.
