Anyone know if there will be games on the iPod touch?

No, at this point there is no games support for the iPod touch.
The browser-based games that others have developed for the iPhone will work when you have WiFi access, but there are no built-in games available for it at this time.
At some point in the future, there may be some additional games released, of course, but at this point there isn't anything available.
