Product red?

Yeah i think all of the new colors are horrible!! I would have been more happy with the same blue of the first nano.. and im sure all the girly girls would love that same pink on the new video nano. The red is very ugly. lol... but its cranberry... Then why is it product (Red)?? Thats pretty dum.

I actually like this version of the red versus the one I previously bought. It's a bit more muted. The blue actually looks like the best one (and I'm not usually a blue fan!)

Black looks cool too.

I would call the red blood red. kind of cool. the black looks a little greyer but still okay also. blue and green stink. the green reminds me of some sea foam green silly putty I had.

I ordered one of these tonight based on the pictures I saw here in the unboxing photos - as mentioned it's a deep red. Or at least it better be when I get it!!

They did mention that it's more of a "cranberry" colour.....I've got the 'red' one and my son keeps referring to it as pink (although probably more to wind me up than anything else :p :p ) I think I'd agree with 'cranberry' though. Still miles better than the blue or green.

I bought the product red and will admit that it is definitely not what I was expecting. If you're looking for a red iPod do no get it. It is only red under certain lighting, but for the most part it is a pinkish cranberry color. I sent mine off to get painted by colorware, candy apple red and hopefully it won't be pink when I get it back.

got a blue one for free thru rewards program .they didnt have the red that i wanted,got it in about 5 days and same day day took it it to apple store.they traded me for a red even.just took mine and gave me receipt for red one.i think it also is a cranberry color,but like it best out of all new ones.had it about 4 days and still in original box til i find a hard case i like and a case to store it in.

Well thats odd. Part of the reason that I got the product red was because I thought it was the only color that was accurate.

Wanted the yellow but it looked too much like gold in the apple store. Orange was going to be my second choice but, again, didn't really look like orange when I actually saw it in the store. I liked the look of the purple one but thats just because I thought it ended up looking like a dark blue. I was afraid that it would look like a true purple in some lights though and I'm not a big purple fan. Black was the only other color I had considered and between them not having any at the time and thinking at the time that black would be a bit too generic I passed.

The product red was the only one that I looked at and said, yep, thats the color its supposed to be. I haven't noticed anything but a true red under any light. Definatly not a pink I don't see a cranberry either.

Well since this discussion is about a year old I would assume that they were talking about the 3G nano while you are describing the current 4G.
