Hey, can somone tell me, how to hold or save, the on-the-go list of ipod 30gb;

Out of the box, you cannot. It is wiped from RAM when the iPod enters disk mode or when the iPod reboots.

At this time, no "hack" exists that will allow you to overcome this issue. That's just how the cookie crumbles.
