some mail client problems

so i have a mail account with the university of michigan, a umich.edu account and i'm not sure if it's imap or pop or other, but i tried signing up on both but it just tries to verify for about 5 minutes and by that time i just cancel it. anyone know how i can figure out if it's imap or pop and then fix this problem?

also, i was wondering if it's possible to save a picture from the internet onto your iphone...there's no equivlent to right clicking so i don't know how to save a photo heh, i hope it can be done

awesome i looked at that and it worked, i just had the outgoing address wrong.

so that really sucks that i can't download pics off the net i hope they have that in an upgrade eventually.

also i was wondering if anyone could help me with connecting to my home wi-fi. i have it secured, but when i type in the security code it simply fails to connect. i'm sure i'm typing it in right (it is pretty long) and i'm pretty sure it's the right one. i'm going to double check that it's the right one but if anyone knows a trouble shooting site for something like that let me know.
