320 x 240 video size on iPhone?

Just need to know from anyone who owns an iPhone- what do 320 x 240 mp4 videos look like on an iPhone (it's normally 480 x 320 videos)?

Need help to what these size videos have an effect on an iPhone with those who have experienced it. No assumptions or "maybe" answers please!!!

Are you asking about quality or compatibility?
I try to rip all my movies at a max of 640x480 (typically 640x356 for widescreen content).
The trick is not to go over either of those numbers, anything below it is fine.

Do "two-pass" at 1500kbps or less.

320x240 doesn't looks fantastic, the iPhone simply auto-zooms to fill the screen, you can take the zoom off though.
