Sending my Iphone in for Repair, how do I save my contacts?

Ok all the numbers I entered in manually, how do I save them and then transfer them to the new iphone until I get my old one back> ?

You can sync the iPhone contacts back to the computer (using Yahoo!, Windows Address Book (Outlook Express) and Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Entourage & Mac OS X address book) even if you've added the contacts directly on the phone.
