Transfer to the iphone

maybe sound like stupid qustion, but how do you transfer and album from itunes to the iphone?? if i point itunes to my mp3 folder, it hangs after a while, too many albums i belive.

my girlfriend got an ipod a few months ago, and we couldnt figure out how to transfer to the ipod either using itunes, fortunately we found a drag and drop software (yamipod) that made it possible. i understand that its still early for the iphione and such software is not abalible yet, so im probably stuck with the bloated itunes for now.

but how to you transfer files to the iphone, how do i transfer albums, and how do i transfer image albums taken from my digital camera

The only way is to sync. You can't just drag and drop items into it.

so if i want to "sync" i album for example, or one picture folder. how do i do that?

The album should be listed in iTunes, it should have a playlist for it on the left-hand side.
I'm not sure how pictures work on the PC but you can synch pictures using iPhoto.
