I recently ordered an item from Senacases.com It was one of their Elega cases for the iphone. I order two of these items actually and decided to return one of them. The one I returned was refused by Sena for a return and they mailed the item back saying it had scratches from use. Funny thing is that is was never used. However the one that I kept has scratched easily and already looking worn in several places.
I was really disgusted at their customer service and the email they sent me was rather rude. Has anyone else had any problems with Sena Cases or problems with their products. I will never do business with them again hate that I spent nearly $80 for products that are less than great.
