iPhone and outlook 2003 calendar issue

The dean of our university has a new iPhone and of course he has an EXTREMELY busy calendar. We are syncing his calendar in Outlook 2003 through iTunes and there are a few appointments not coming over. There are other appointments with the same attributes that come through fine. Has anyone else seen this problem and have a solution?

I have the same problem with my calendar entries, but can't figure it out.

I also cannot browse the web anymore, the Safari app closes the moment a web page loads.

My mail also closes very often.

It is VERy glitchy.
