This info is easily available without making a new thread. You should have checked the FAQ.

Answers: The activation fee is the same for new and existing customers and no, the iPhone doesn't support Flash.

That's a rumor. No one knows for sure.

Referring to his second question.. IF they did release a different version of the iPhone, would you expect a price drop to the current phone?

No, I don't think there would be a price drop. If a new iPhone comes out any time soon it's not going to be a revised version of the current model. It'll be a new class of iPhone, not a replacement for the current one. I wouldn't expect to see a major hardware redesign of the current iPhone for at least 18 months.

Ok, I just don't wanna be bit in the ### when I go and buy one in the next month or so.

At&t customers are NOT charged activation fees if you are upgrading your phone. However, if you are purchasing a new line (ie. getting a new phone number) then you will be charged an activation fee.

You sure about that? I haven't gotten my bill yet but I was under the impression that existing customers had to pay the activation fee just like new customers.
