I would like a simple slip case for the iPhone that will clip to my shirt pocket, just to prevent the phone from falling out if I bend over. I've seen cases like this, but the clip is about half way down the case, meaning the top half of the iPhone will be sticking out of my pocket. Ideally, the top of the clip would be flush with the top edge of the case, which means the top of the phone will be even with the pocket.
Any ideas?
Have you actually tried putting the iPhone in your shirt pocket? It's not a heavy phone per se, but it sure seems like it would really pull downward on a thin cotton shirt. I also think the breast pocket on most shirts would be too shallow to accomodate the entire phone.

It fits in all of my shirt pockets with room to spare, and it's not too heavy by any means. I'm just concerned that it will fall out. I would hate for it to fall on the floor, or worse, in the toilet.

I bought this one at the Apple Store and it seems to fit the bill nicely;

I'm sure there are others though.

I saw that one MediaHound. My only concern is that too much sticks out above the pocket, making it top heavy. Do you use it in your shirt pocket?:confused:

The majority of it is below the clip so it isn't top heavy. I'd give I'd a tryvsnd return it I'd it doesnt work out but I suspect it might be good for you.
