is there a way to get ringtones from websites or anything like a normal cell phone? or am i stuck with these wack ringtones? and by the way, it's really ### that we can't use MP3 as our ringtones, but we can listen to them. What a joke. lol

That was a really surprising omission for the phone. I've been able to make my own RTs for 3 years on a card. But there's no card for the iPhone, so no go I guess.

I'm guessing the reason there is no custom ring tones is because apple would not let AT&T subsidize the phone. Most the profit from the phone goes to apple and thus they want their cut by forcing you to buy ring tones online. We'll see what the future holds.

This is one good reason why developers will be even more hungry for an SDK.
