Do you have to have pictures assigned to contacts for this feature to work, everytime I select voicemail from the phone it dials my voicemail and doesnt show me a list of callers that left me voicemail.

Im thinking maybee AT&T didnt activate that feature for me, I will have to wait untill tomorrow to find out because the call center is closed on Sunday.

Yeah, doesnt sound right. I set mine up and everytime i get a voicemail its a whole new entry in the VVM window.
I love it. This is the one feature I have been dying for for years.

OK, for some reason I went to check my voicemail and a screen came up for me to enter a password and then record my message, and then that was it, it works now. Out of the blue.

well thats because first you have to record your message since its a new phone (although you can set it to the default message pre-recorded) and then you will start receiving voice mail
