I am a existing att customer the was number 4 in line for this device. Now hours later I have my old phone shut off and still waiting for my activation four hours later. Anyone else have this problem?
I have called ATT three time and they keep telling me that they have server issues......

I'm wondering if 20/20 hindsight would have been to release this on Thursday? But if folks are working round the clock, then one can only hope.

I'm frustrated when my internet goes out, so I can only understand how you guys feel about a brand new devise you've literally waited months for.

Thursday release would have killed their stocks! A Friday release protects both companies from major fluctuations. They probably saw this coming!

I bought my iPhone this morning. Got it activated at home...only took a few seconds. I was already an ATT customer, and I made no changes to my account, so that may be why it worked for me, I don't know. Unfortunately, I am having an issue with iTunes 7.3 now...it will not save the iTunes library, so I cannot make any additions to iTunes. At the iTunes forum at apple.com there are a whole lot of posts from people having this same problem.

That's what Apple gets for always being so effin' secretive. NO ONE tested this crap out before release?????
