Hello, All -

(First post, please be gentle)

I've just finished putting an iPod2Car Gen2 (Peripheral Electronics) in my new Tundra. I've gotten the install just about as clean as I can without doing major surgery on my truck's interior.

Here's the install docked:

And undocked:

The iPod stays in the case (Core Cases Aluminum) at all times & there's a handy spot on the console that fits the case perfectly. I've aligned & stabilzed the dock connector on the adapter so that I can freely slide the iPod to dock/undock. I've zip-tied the connector so that it doesn't lock onto the iPod.

I'd really like to be able to hide the remainder of the connection, but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I'm thinking of a right angle dock passthru connector - something like the Sendstation Dock Extender...

But either fixed at a 90 degree angle or flexible enough to bend into a right angle. If I could find something like this, I'd (carefully) make a cutout on the map case cover & affix the passthru connector from underneath.

Anybody got any recommendations?
