Ok, here it is. I bought a 40gb clickwheel all singing all dancing pod 3 years ago and have since returned 5 and had 5 replacements. Getting fed up with having a pod for 4/5 months and then having to return them for another one.
The first one lasted a year and froze and from then on the longest has been about 6 months before it too freezes. Is this a general fault with this pod or are all pods only designed to last for a few months or a year at the most if your lucky.
I'm kinda thinking that maybe it's something that I am doing wrong. I have changed my computer, so it can't be that.
Lost and bewildered, although I think that next to sliced bread, my ipod is superb!!!
