iPod IS well used and scratched but the screen is protected and it works just fine. Battery is starting to weaken (about 7-9 hours on a full charge but it has NOT been tested,could be more). I use it mostly for podcasts and I can get through about 2-3 days before I need to charge (that is red bar..not dead) and thats using it 3 hours per day.
Perfect iPod for gym where you want something you can bang or drop and not care if it get's roughed up or as a 1st ipod for a kid who is prone to losing/breaking things :).
iPod will be sold as is and sale is final. Pics available.

If your computer already has firewire and you do not need the card then the price is $55 for just the ipod.
The battery is very weak. Approx 4-6 hours on a full charge and again that is rough guess,not tested.
If you plan to make this a primary ipod I suggest investing in a new battery. You can find them for between $5 and $30. Batteries Plus has them for 29. Otherwise it works fine.
It is very well used and scratched up but it's also a 1st gen.
I am not the original owner of either ipod but I know the owner of the nano well.

get both ipods..both cables and the notebook firewire card for $120 Or Best Offer shipped.

WalMart had been selling a MUSICPOWER Firewire charger for $15 as recently as a month ago. Mine no longer have them but you might be able to find one in yours. I have this charger and it works great. It also has a USB port for USB devices.
Payment accepted by MoneyOrder. I closed my paypal a long time ago because I never used it and I do not buy/sell enough to warrant taking the time to reopen it. I have ebay feedback you can check.
