Synching Problem

I recently had to buy a new laptop. Now, when I try to connect it to my new laptop running Windows Vista I have a problem. Since each iTunes and one iPod works with one computer, it gives me these options:

) Erase and Resync

or

2) Transfer iTune Purchases

What do I do to make sure I don't lose all the songs on my iPod, some of which weren't purchased on iTunes.

The best way to do it would be to take your backup of your old iTunes, restore it onto this laptop. Then choose Erase and Resync. This will move your iPod to this computer. Don't forget to deauthorize the old computer.
