View Full Version : New PC, need to transfer iPod to iTunes

I would like to get my enitre library from my iPod to my iTunes software. Many are from cd's. I was able to load them to my PC but they are all now in .wma format and I would like to quickly get them into iTunes. It seems I have to import the one by one.

Is there any free software that will take my music from my iPod and put it directly into iTunes library on my PC (not Mac)? I have about 4000 songs on the iPod.

If the iPod is windows formatted then you can see this (http://forums.ilounge.com/showthread.php?t=71349) thread under #8 for software. If it's Mac formatted then you will need a program like Mac Drive (http://www.dataviz.com/purchase/shopdvz/detail.html?prod_id=1136) for the PC to be able to read the Mac format.
