End of Song is getting cut off...Help!

Hi all, my Ipod is cutting the last 2-3 second off of my songs when they play. Itunes doesnt do it on the computer though, its only on the Ipod. I listen to a lot of DJ music so its pretty much all gapless. I just dont understand why the Ipod is doing it and Itunes isnt.
