I have a car with an auxiliary 3.5mm jack on the dash. I would like to connect my ipod to that port and charge it at the same time. This would give me some of the best sound without trying to mess around with the back of my factory stereo.
Does anyone know of a product which connects to the bottom of my ipod with one cord going to my 12V lighter socket and the other to a 3.5 mm audio jack?
Thanks for the help.

Belkin autokit
sendstation smartcharge
and a few others. I think one of the monster chargers does this too.
Check out our accessories section and go car power chargers, adapters and kits and browse those for appropriate ones that would have what you need.
Sendstation I think also makes an adapter that connects to the bottom of the iPod that adds the jack that you could then use any carcharger with.
Cheers.

Thanks for all the help.
I decided on the Belkin Auto kit. It also has a small amplifier so hopefully i will also get past the problem people are having with the ipod volume output of the dock connector.
I then just went to Radio Shack and got a 1 foot male male cable and a right angle adapter for aesthetic reasons.

The Belkin Auto Kit is definitely your best bet. :D
