Pls help me transfer my music!

Hi, could anyone please help me with this...?

I recently got a 2nd iPod that is used from a friend. It has some music on it. How do I import the music on this 2nd iPod into my iTunes library, and then possibly to my 1st iPod? I couldn't figure it out and would really appreciate some help!

PodUtil will allow you to transfer songs from iPods back onto your computer. google it.
