lost my music but it is still on my ipod

hello well my pc god a virus and it needed to be formated so i lost all my music but i still have it on my ipod so i would like to know form installing i tunes how to get it back?

Just make sure iTunes is closed before using any of the software if it's installed since both can not access the iPod at the same time.
