Sennheiser mx 400

Hi,

I was planning on buying the Sennheiser mx 400. I was just wondering what you guys think when you compare it with the earphones that come with the iPod?

Is the sennheiser mx 400 better or worse compared to the standard iPod earphones?
Also, can you please post your experience with the sennheiser earphones if you've owned it previously?

A few years ago, I got the Sennheiser MX400 to replace my stock earbuds. And I found them to be much better. Comes with a nice wind-up case as well. Just make sure you don't pay more than $20 for them.

I got a pair a long time ago for $6 off eBay, best cheap buds I've bought. Blew Sony's cheap versions out of the water easily. If you're expecting bass though this isn't what you should get. I'd recommend the CX300s.

Thanks for the replies guys.... Just one more question .. I read the whole burn in article which is a stickie on this forum.

So does the same burn in procedure apply for the sennheiser phones too ? I mean .. did u experience any difference after 100 hours of playing music ?

I have a feeling it doesn't make a difference for these buds but I do feel like all my Senns. get better with time.
