I have a laptop, and I bought a USB 2.0/firewire PC card adapter from CompUsa. I tried to connect my Ipod to it through firewire, but it does not seem to work. The computer recognizes the ipod as a drive, but I can not access it. ehpod also cannot access it.
I am using the cable that came with it, that I also use to charge it. The firewire hole is a 6 pin I believe, as I was using the adapter with the 4 pin firewire port my laptop had already, but I lost the adapter, so I am trying to get the firewire to work. Any ideas?
