Hi there
Some time back when i used to have an account on here..i upgraded my aging 5gb ipod with a larger 15gb drive and life was sweet..it had trouble recognising it at first..but all sorted out..
That was until i decided was a spiffing idea it would be to have my little ipod formatted in windows xp so that i could use it on both my Mac and my PC.
Itunes restored my 1st gen ipod..told me to disconnect it and reconnect it to finalise the setttings.. However there is now a slight problem
My ipod is stuck with an apple logo..niether the PC or the Mac will recognise it..and better still when i reset it and place it in diag mode..it still isn't recognise by either computer..
Can anyone help me please!!! this is my sole source of music while out and about and i just dont want the damn PEECEE to have killed it!
Thanks
James
