CD Track Names

Hello!

When I load tracks off a CD onto I-Tunes, it doesn't pick up track names. Also after trying the 'Get Track Names' option, it gives me some lame excuse about not being able to. Now I would understand if it was a few of my older CD's but this happens with all of the ones in my collection.

Am I just being stupid, of is there a way to remedy this, otherwise I could loose interest in my ipod v quickly if it means entering each track name manually.

This may be a stupid question, but here goes any way. Are you connected to the internet when you select the "get track names" option?

more specifically, make sure in iTunes, under Edit>Preferences>General tab, "connect to internet when needed" box is checked !


iTunes will definately automatically get tags. somethings just not set right.

yeah otherwise CDDB has no way to function! It should work,
