hi, Everytime I plug my ipod into my win xp machine, it gets to about 24 of 31 gigs of updating and then it pops up with a message saying, the ipod "IPOD" cannot be updated. The required file cannot be found.
I have tried Restoring, Reseting, Reinstalling iTunes, I've even tried older versions of iTunes 7, but I still get the message and it wipes out what was written to the ipod.
Sometimes I will get the "Delayed Write Failed" message in the tray as well. I have tried all different USB ports as well as different cords. Anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?
Any help would be appreciated.
