Ipod can´t be reconized by any Pc

1º Sorry for bad speiling!!

Whem i connect my ipod to a pc it only starts to charge, the bell does not sound:o like whem we plug any divisse to an usb port. I have 30gb ipod photo, all was well until i started to have problens with the motherboard, and now i instaled 2 new usb ports and thought that the problem was fixed, but nothing, them i bring ipod to work to test it on other pc with the same result, pc doesn´t recognaise ipod what can i do to fix this:confused: , no ipod store where i live, i by my on the USA and it has more them 2 years!!

Can it be saved??? any hope:mad: ???

I'm trying to use my 2GB iPod Nano as an external disk to input text files such as poems.

The instructions on page 36 seems simple enough, except for the fact they don't work.

For example it says, "in iTunes, select iPod Nano in the source list and click the options button" But the only iPod Nano on the Source List at the left of the page is my own, and clicking on it does not give the desired result. The options button does not appear so I can't click "music" and then select "enable disk use".

I'm baffled.

Ok I learned to enable disk drive. But the options button still does not appear.

Still no help !??!?!
Am i the only one that add this problem???
Local store info was for me to by a new one, 400€ is too much expensive for me, must by 1º a new pc and a new tv.

OK problem solved by it selve.
Made a long journey with FM car kit for ipod and whem get back home try to connect ipod to pc and it was ok.
