These phones seeme to be a hot topic, so i figured I'd post a review after purchasing them.

Ipod stock- 6/10
Philips SHE9500 - 7/10
Philips HE590 ( or sumthin liek that) - 5/10
Apple IEM's - 7.5/10
V- Moda Bass Freq's - 9/10

These are by far the best so far. I listen to mostly hip hop, but also reggaeton, salsa, classic rock, and disco #### etc. The quality is awesome. The bass freq's have excellent bass and fulfilled my expectations (i'm a basshead). I had problems with all the other headphones staying in the left ear, and even some with the right, and some of them were uncomfortable. The bass freq's solve both problems completely. They stay in perfectly (even while exercising) and are extremely comfortable.

The only complaint i have is that the wire feels flimsy and I'm afaid I might have problems with it in the future, but I have peace of mind that V-Moda's service is unmatched and they will happily replace them if there are problems.

I highly recommend these! Hope I could help!

I just got these a couple days ago as an alternate to my UE 5 Pros. They are really bass heavy compared to any other headphones i've worn. I'm glad I got 'em though because I needed a pair of headphones I feel comfortable bringing to school.

i just got a pair of the v-moda vibes, I love them. I've had shure's e2c and e3c, the bose in ear phone, and the Etymotic 6i (very tinny). So far the v-moda's are by far the more comfortable and the sound is right up there too.
