Left the iPod in the truck overnight, not sure how cold it got...Probably down to 32F.

Now the LCD is all funky- Split the screen into quarters, and only the lower left is "visible"...everything else is just a white screen. Here are some pictures:

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

EEEK!

Well, if it hasn't gotten any better after warming it up, I can imagine that the liquid crystal froze and the sudden shock of turning it on destroyed most of the screen.

In any case, it looks like you're #### outta luck.

i've left my mini in the car but its never done that...the text gets really hard to read and the battery is close to shot but once it warms up it comes back to normal

The cold by itself doesn't do anything to it, but if u bring it up to warm TOO QUICKLY then the condensation may have done damage.

Next time, take a freezer ziplock to the car, stick the Pod in there and seal it, bring it in to an UNHEATED but close shed/garage, let it sit there for 6+ hours, THEN bring it in into the heated room, still keeping it inside the ziplog... u get the picture.

Right now, I suggest doing what someone would do to a water damaged unit. No guarantee implied.

The funny thing is, it still works flawlessly. Did a restore and re-loaded all songs onto it, and it worked fine. Plays songs perfectly. What do you think about sending it in to get the LCD screen replaced?
