If it's not available on iTunes, then no. That being said, you can always buy it and rip it yourself.

Your best bet would be to purchase the DVDs, rip them to your computer, then convert those ripped DVDs to a iPod compatible format. That TV show would cost a fortune if Apple offered it on the iTunes store at $1.99 an episode. By purchasing the DVDs, you are saving some money. It may require more steps but Apple does not offer the Wonder Years on the iTunes Store so your only other option is to purchase the DVDs. We cannot discuss other illegal alternative methods for obtaining videos. The only legal ways are these:
1. Purchase the videos off of the iTunes Store
2. Purchase the DVDs and rip/encode them to your iPod
3. Or if a website legally offers the videos up for free

What program are you using? There is no way to get full DVD quality on the iPod, but some software is better than others at this.

Holy crap that DVD is worth a lot of money! I'm glad I never got rid of it. It may be a long time before The Wonders Years is released on DVD because of music rights.
