Windows DLL Files

I just downloaded LAME and in the help files it said I needed some dll files inorder for this to work. Where can I find these dll files, also are there spicific ones and what are their names. I know there is allot of dll files. I am stumped? Thanks for your help.:rolleyes:

Here (http://www.mp3dev.org/mp3/links.html)'s some LAME-related software for all the different platforms. I don't know if it'll be any help though.
