I have a mini that I no longer need. It's in pretty decent condition. The biggest ding is on the top left corner as shown in the photos that i can email to anyone who wants to see them. My pic files are too large to be accepted.
The iPod is fully functional and I've loaded it with some alternative rock in case anyone is into that.
Music:
311 (Greatest Hits album)
Beck (Guero)
Franz Ferdinand (Franz Ferdinand)
The Killers (Hot Fuss and Sam's Town)
Modest Mouse (Good News for People Who Love Bad News)
Muse (Absolution)
My Chemical Romance (Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge)
Red Hot Chili Peppers (Californication and Greatest Hits)
Snow Patrol (Final Straw)
Switchfoot (Nothing is Sound and The Beautiful Letdown)
Weezer (Make Believe and Blue Album)
Comes with earbuds. I'm looking for 80 shipped, prefer paypal, and I don't ship first.
My ebay account is switchback78 (+14/-0) in case anyone wants feedback.

It's against the forum policy to sell an iPod loaded with songs.

Why? I guess I could see it beeing considered stealing music illegaly but if he had said I want $80 shipped, $70 for the iPod and $10 for the music it would become legal seeing as he's charging a fee for the mp3 files. LOL IDK

I don't see anything in the policies where you can't put music on an iPod. All it says is no iPod gift cards that allow you to purchase music. Show me where it is please.
pics sent to you cocheese.

"Personally recorded media of any kind. This includes any kind of content distributed on a recordable CD/DVD, casette, diskette, or any other media format, including the content of an iPod itself. While we recognize that we cannot force a user to erase their hard drive before selling their iPod, existing content of an iPod should not be advertised as a selling point."

Got them. No gift cards, wtf?
Anyways, I'll check back with you after V-Day. Don't hold it for me, but I need to see if my wife wants this Shuffle I bought for her a few days ago.

How's the battery life on the mini?

When your sending the songs, its easier to put them in a separate folder on your iPod because you can use it as storage space. Don't just keep it on iTunes, you get what I'm saying?

Gametime: I'm not sure i never really paid attention since i made it a habit to charge it at night. I can test it out if your seriously interested in buying though.
Nader: Yes, as in put the ipod into disk mode and then use it like a portable drive. Thanks for the tip :)
