This was purchased over a week ago and is in like new condition. No major scratches on the unit except for a few small ones on the scroll wheel that were on it from the factory.

I have decided to buy a first gen nano since I will not be needing the 8 GB of storage.

Unit still in all original packaging inluding earbuds, dock connector, usb cable, quick start guide, and warranty info.

190$ shipping included, retails for 250$ (price reflects light scroll wheel scratches and opened package discount)

here is the auction.............the scratch is only visible in direct light. Its not even really like a scratch but like a light scuff.
