Okay, this sucks. I purchased a 2GB 2nd generation nano from this guy too. It's been almost two weeks and it has still yet to show up. He keeps assuring me that he sent it, yada yada yada. I think I'm going to open up a claim with Paypal.

Yeah, he told me "I think I put the right amount of stamps on it"....STAMPS!!!??? WHen you ship a $70+ item, you get delivery confirmation or insurance...

If you can, you should report him to the post office for mail fraud. :)

Yeah, that's the same line he fed me. "About $3 worth of stamps." Which got my spidey senses tingling, b/c it cost me a little over $5 to ship an iPod Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
I think we might have been had :(.
I've opened a claim on Paypal. You might want to do the same.

don't file a claim with paypal if you paid with a credit card...last time i filed a claim they tried to charge be 25 when they "resolved" it..just call your CC company and say you want to file a chargeback cuz you didn't receive it...

The seller responded to my dispute over on Paypal. He posted that if I hadn't received the Nano by this Friday (Mar 2), he'd refund my money. Stall tactic, possibly? We'll see. Just getting tired of waiting.
Keep me posted of how things are going on your end.
