1st gen iPod on XP and ME-Is it possible??

Ok I have a 1st gen iPod I got as a gift and wonder if I can use software to load the tunes up (itunes on xp) and go home and use my computer which has ME and use MusicMatch to load yet MORE tunes??

Secondly, my wife has a 2nd Gen iPod and of course our home computer is WINME. We are not upgrading to XP anytime soon, so the question is, can we use two iPods (1st gen and 2nd gen) on a WinME machine using MM as I know does work with WinME and itunes doe NOT?

I have searched these forums for two weeks to date and have not found an answer on these particular questions. Thanks!

i sure you can load the songs from both u do need a firewire card for your pc

I'd use ephpod before MM. I'd also get rid of ME as fast as possible.
