Broken 4th Gen 20gb iPod

This iPod is in great physical condition. It does not come with anything but the iPod it self. When I plug it into the computer the ! in a folder comes up on the screen. I am not really sure what it is worth so make me some offers

BTW there's a chance you can fix this with either a complete reformat and partitioning or the slap and shake method (see http://forums.ilounge.com/showthread.php?t=135673 ). If you can get it working you can keep it or sell it for a bit more. I think in this condition they usually average around US$50 on eBay.
