I've been browsing the forums for a day or so and haven't really found what I am looking for.

I want to install a 60gig Video in my Altima 2005 2.5SE and be able to see/use the iPod without opening the glove box. I have the Bose 6-disc system and it has the AUX port on it.

I've been looking at the AAI-NIS, but haven't seen anyone who has installed it in an '05. I was also looking at the Nissan brand kit, but don't really want to pay over $200 just to control it with my steering wheel.

How hard/easy is the install? Does anyone have any tips? Where should I mount the AAI-NIS or other box? I've installed aftermarket head units before in other cars, so I'm not afraid of a phillips head.

Once I get the kit installed, where are some good/easy places to put the iPod? I've seen two that I would use, the compartment just above or the one just below the stereo itself.

Thanks!

HI
if you have a CDC button on the radio you can install the ipod interface

if you have a SAT button the aainis is a good aux audio interface that pece gives you 2 audio inputs

Thanks! I'm looking into the AAI-NIS2 interface because I have the Bose factory system.
