I bought my new 15GB 3rd Gen iPod 3 days ago and I tried to get a replacement through Apple website since the red light backlight for the buttons is defective....I entered my serial number and stuff but the website says my warranty has expired....WTF?!!?!? Should I go to the Apple Store and get a replacement there?
