Case that works w/ 5G 80GB and Pioneer CD-IB100II?

For those of you that are using the Pioneer CD-IB100II interface and the 5G 80GB iPod: what cases are you guys using?? I'd love to get your suggestions on cases that'll work with with the Pioneer connector.....
