Got a question.

Several of us bought my boss an Ipod for Christmas, when he went to install Itunes on his computer it is now telling him he has a corrupted config.sys. Is this a common problem and what steps can he take to solve it?

config.sys is a DOS legacy file. The copy in the root directory ( C:\config.sys ) hasn't been used for anything since Windows 98. iTunes would not do any thing to this file. If you are running Windows XP, the file should not contain anything, 0 kb. It can be deleted. The copy in c:\windows\command\config.sys , contains the old DOS commands for configuring memory and CD's and is used only to make a rescue disk ( boot to DOS ).
