urgent help needed with FirmWare-downgrade(iPod_25.1.2.ipsw)

iPod_25.1.2.ipsw.signature, iPod_25.1.2.ipsw needed
I bought an ipod 5.5g 80gb to use with a pc 2 days ago from circuit city.
Everything seemed working perfect till i installed the latest itunes from apple site. After the installation and the ipod connection, itunes requested a firmware update to v1.2.1 from v1.2
I completed the update and right after that, the IPOD JUST CRASHED.
Its working with mp3s but, everytime i transfer a video(even the appropriate ipod postcasts downloaded from itunes), when i press on play ipod just freezes with a black screen. Nothing helps like ten times of restore. After it freezes i give it a reset and you can see there that there is something wrong with the firmware, that you see the black bootloader screen(the black screen with apple logo at the center) with artifacts. Indeed you just see this artifacts in the bootloader screen, elsewhere the menus are perfect.
I am reading this forum posts for 2 nights(especially the ones of riverside_Guy) and i believe i got the point with downgrading logic.
But after times of restore, install and uninstall of itunes, I LOST THE FIRMWARE V1.2 FILES AND I NEED THEM TO DOWNGRADE.
Actually if there is anybody who can send me the:

iPod_25.1.2.ipsw
files it will really be great
please help.......
