Nano battery charging problems

Hi all,
I have a 4GB Nano that I bought less than a year ago. For some reason, I cannot charge the battery with a travel charger kit or through my iSymphony boom box. The only way I can charge is when I connect the Nano to my PC with the USB cable.

Anyone have any idea as to what could be causing this?

i have the exact same problem, except it's with my sonnet wall charger. i emailed sonnet, and they said to reset the iPod with it plugged into the computer, because the power manager can get sonfused. I tried this, but it didn't work. Someone please help, i am going on a trip soon and need to use my wall charger.
